allankcrain posted a photo: The other night at her birthday, Kate mentioned that she was planning to go to an acrobatics workshop the next day. I asked if I could tag along ’cause I love shooting things like this. I’ll leave it as an exercise to the reader to figure out what the response to that query was. This is Chrissie (top) and Garrett (bottom) from the Detroit Fire Guild, who were the instructors for the day. So hey, you wanna know how out of shape I am? I have been working out nearly every day for the past four months, and so am in the best shape of my LIFE, and I got sweatier than any of the class participants while just walking around taking pictures of the class. Also, I hurt my back a bit. That is how out of shape I am. Also, I ran out of card partway through the class because I forgot to clear off the pictures from Kate’s party, and my backup cards were at home in my coat pocket because it was such a nice day. I ended up having to use my last resort backup memory card in my backup camera that lives in my car. Not sure if I’m more annoyed with myself for failing to prepare both my primary and backup memory cards, or proud of myself for having a second-level emergency backup for situations like that.
