Were you agreeing with me on Upavistha Konasana ? While I am always open to new teaching methods and modifications, I do worry about asanas being taught in the way I described. They were not taught as modifications. …

In Rockhampton Me doing; * Upavistha Konasana Nine (strech forward + to the sides) * Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana Nine (Opening to the sides) * Kurmasana ( Turtle - closed and open) Benefits: Strong stretch for the spine + twist and opening the ribes and the sides of the body Calming & shooting feeling
