Matthew Tsang posted a photo: All Wound Up (SOOC) Usually I’m at an emotional high point coming out of a yoga class but after today’s restorative class I was in the worst mood I’ve been in a little while. Not that the class was any bad, it was quite relaxing to be honest. The physical challenge was still there but I still a need a better grasp of my own emotions before I can fully let loose . I got home and started hammering away at some power chords and I feel a ton better now. Looking back, I feel pretty silly for getting so worked up over such a minor incident. Continue reading
