WALL wonder SPLITS

Anchoring back foot against wall to facilitate grounding action in triangle & rotated triangle. Straddle press handstand to splits against the wall, intense chest opener & splits from unconventional perspective using foot on adjacent wall as leverage, hanumanasana splits against the wall, straddle splits on floor with wall as guide & chest to floor. Home yoga practice by self motivated student, not yoga perfect. Sequence choregraphed on the fly. AudioSwap was not my preference but that’s the way it goes sometimes…
