Gomukhasana – Cow Face Pose: Deconstructed for Your Pleasure

In this video, Manjiri demonstrates Gomukhasana or the cow-face pose. A great antidote for working in front of computers and/or long commutes. This is a must-do-pose for everyone to counteract rounded back, hunched shoulders, compressed belly and tight hips.
