Boy_Wonder posted a photo: I know you’re probably getting a little bored of seeing photos from my favourite field (it seems like 90% of my outdoor shots lately have been taken there!) but I just can’t resist it as a backdrop, especially when the sun is setting on my way home. Yoga is something that I wish I did more of. I used to practice it a few times a week and the quiet reflection that went along with it really cleared out my mind. When I start running again in the new year I know that I’ll incorporate it back into my lifestyle. Scott used to tease me about it, saying it wasn’t all that difficult and it was for wimpy people, but then I actually got him to try it and he took it all back after one try…hah!
