Yoga to the extreme (KOAA-TV Colorado Springs – Pueblo)
Imagine doing yoga poses on a rope–two feet off the ground. Folks in Pueblo got a chance to see it–and try it—Tuesday night. It’s called Extreme Yoga, basically taking yoga up a notch, performing poses as a team and on a slack rope. The team visiting Pueblo is called “Yoga Slackers.” Continue reading
